Located near Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Prince of Peace Lutheran Church offers convenient and flexible spaces for non-profit organizations to hold meetings, events, and concerts.
Prince of Peace Lutheran Church welcomes the use of our facilities by mission-aligned non-profit organizations.  Worship and meeting spaces are used by Spanish and Amharic speaking faith organizations for their services, as well as by non-profit groups, such as Retired Teachers Association, Delta Kappa Gamma, Al-Anon and Alcoholics Anonymous groups, and Community Youth Orchestra, who need meeting and/or rehearsal space.

Rental Information:

Meetings and Events - Classrooms vary in size and may accommodate up to 40 people.  Our Fellowship Hall accommodates up to 200 people in a big, open space with windows and kitchen access.

Concerts - The Sanctuary may be rented for concerts (no sound system available) and recitals; it is equipped with an organ and a grand piano and seats up to 320 people.  Carpeted and with pews, seating arrangements are limited.

Weddings - The Sanctuary is available for weddings.  Receptions may be held in the Fellowship Hall. Couples who choose Prince of Peace for their wedding will need to contact Pastor Tollefson to set up times and schedule counseling.

Amenities - WiFi access is available and included in the rental fees.  Rental fees also include room set up and clean up.  Coffee service is available at an additional charge.  Kitchen use is limited, may be available for an additional fee.

Catering - Outside groups are welcome to arrange for outside catering.
